2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the Care Center. Join the Band at the Chosen Valley Care Center as we share our music and our friendship with the residents, staff, friends and family. Enjoy refreshments and treats served by the Founders Club while you listen. Bring a lawn chair- we will see you in the front parking lot!
