Chatfield Brass Band at the Chosen Valley Care Center

Join us as we perform our annual concert for the residents and staff of the Chatfield Care Center.  We love the opportunity to bring our music to the many people who reside at the Care Center.   The Founders Committee will be serving delicious treats and refreshments as a fundraiser for their group.  Bring your lawn chair and enjoy the music and a visit with the residents.
