2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the Care Center. Join the Band at the Chosen Valley Care Center as we share our music and our friendship with the residents, staff, friends and family. Enjoy refreshments and treats served by the Founders Club while you listen. Bring a lawn chair- we will see you in the front parking lot!

We are excited to celebrate 51 years of concerts and delicious food in the beautiful setting of Pilot Mound Lutheran Church and School. Barbecues, pie, and ice cream served beginning at 6:00. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy one of our favorite concert settings as we celebrate 50 years of friendship and collaboration with the Pilot Mound Church and community. Free and family-friendly.The map: We usually advise you to look at a map or search for Pilot Mound Town Hall. That will take you to the church. It is right on State Highway 30 E.
